Scott E. Segal, M.D.
Dr. Scott E. Segal earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas, and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed an internship at the Harvard UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California, and his residency at Texas Medical Branch’s Department of Ophthalmology.
Board-certified in ophthalmology, Dr. Segal has been in practice at Pasadena Eye Associates in Pasadena, Texas, since 1998. An experienced ophthalmic and refractive surgeon, he has had excellent results using the LASIK procedure, and has successfully treated many eye diseases and vision problems. Dr. Segal is affiliated with several hospitals throughout Texas, including the Columbia Bayshore Hospital in Pasadena; Memorial Southeast Hospital in Houston; and St. Joseph’s Hospital and St. Luke’s Patients Medical Center, both in Pasadena.
Dr. Segal is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, Texas Ophthalmological Society, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Harris County Medical Society, and the Houston Ophthalmological Society.
